MOT not recorded in F49T20 when parsing Transportation Arranged remark message from OTM

Hello community,

Please, anyone can help us on the following?

SITUATION:

We are integrating JDE 9.1 (ESUs as of 31-12-2016) with OTM 6.4.1 (do we need any patches/updates here?),

When we accept tenders in OTM, the SEND FIRST LEG TO E1 agent gets triggered and remark Transportation Arranged is sent to JDE,

Then we parse this XML with R49T90 program, and F49T20 table is completed.

However, field MOT does not get completed as it should.

CONSIDERATIONS:

P49T01 (x-ref): E1 =TL , External Value = TL  . Configured.

UDC 49/MO: TL . Configured

UDC 00/TM:TL . Configured

QUESTION

Are we missing something here that could be the reason why the MOT is not being recoded in F49T20?
