ACA ESU Notification

Affordable Care Act (ACA) Electronic Software Updates (ESUs)

The following Affordable Care Act ESUs have been placed on hold due to issues identified with the Form Data XML (R08150) :

  1. 9.0 - JL24172
  2. 9.1 - JM20709
  3. 9.2 - JN12922

If you have applied an ESU noted, you may experience the following issues:

  1. If there are individual Lowest Cost Monthly (line 15) and line 14 is set to "all 12 months" then no monthly costs are contained in the Form Data xml only 0.00 for AnnlShrLowestCostMthlyPremAm.
  2. Line 16 Safe Harbor for June contains July Safe Harbor code.
  3. Line 14 Offer of Coverage for April contains March Offer of Coverage code.

These issues will be corrected  in the bugs noted below and available in a pre-release ESU that is  estimated to be available Wednesday, March 22, 2017:
