iSupplier Portal - Hide the Preferences and Help Links

Hello,

How can I hide the Help and Preferences links without affecting our other EBS applications that utilize these links.  For our third-party suppliers, these options are not valid and we want to hide them.  I have tried to disable via the Profiles option for the applicable responsibilities and at the responsibility level, but neither has worked.  I cannot change ICX_GLOBAL_MENU or ICX_STANDARD_GLOBAL_MENU as this affects all EBS menus.  I saw another post regarding this same issue, but there was no resotution.
