PO Print Report is generating "This File cannot be opened because it has no pages."for Output

Hello all,

As the title states, I seeing issue with a user that the message "This file cannot be opened because it has no pages" when clicking Output in Oracle Apps after running the print Report.?

Has anyone encountered anything like this before?
