Cost Component B2 in Simulated Total

I am using the demo data 2001-2004-2005 structure in B/P M40 to review the P30026 cost component. Found B2 under lowest level 2005 is with 0.08/0.08 for both net added/total columns which are OK to me. However if check B2 to upper level item 2004 it goes to 0.135/0.2983 for net added/total columns. Noticed 0.2983 is calculated because of item 2005 is with cum yield% 98 and so 0.08/.98 = 0.0816, and by BOM structure two 2005 made to one 2004 then 0.0816*2=0.1633. This 0.1633 added by net added 0.1350 of 2004 resulted to 0.2983 to the total simulated column of 2004.

This is the same calculation logic to B1 component and I am wondering how come the B2 setup hours is calculated with the same logic ? To me the setup house should not be affected by cum yield% nor the BOM quantity on item 2005. Is the demo data bug or the system as designed to calculate B2 ? Thanks !
