OMS Restarts When Accessing Performance Views

I have been experiencing OMS issues when trying to dig into the performance views in OEM (Top Activity, SQL Details, etc.).  The database I'm looking into has excessive waits (not the issue for this thread), but this seems to be causing the OMS to restart on its own.

Has anyone seen this behavior before, and if so do have any potential solutions?

System Details:

OEM - 12.1.0.5.0

Hosts - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.11 (Tikanga)

          - 3-Node RAC Cluster

Repos DB - 3-Node RAC

                 - 11.2.0.4
