Notification to department heads once technician complete work orders

Dear All.

We have the requirement to receive only notification (Not Approval) to the Department Heads, after the supervisore/technician complete the work orders successfully. Through AME it's possible? but as per my knowledge it will ask to approve the work order which is completed by technicians.

Kindly need your input on this subject.
