Direct Item Creates separate PR for each line

Dear Srini and Team,

When we entered descriptive direct item its creating  separate Purchase requisition for each line entered

Work order status released

update direct item and save

Update direct item and save

for each line its creating separate PR but we need it in single PR once the work order saved and apply

Work around : we can ask user to enter all item requirement before releasing work order

But once the work order released how can we handled
