US PAY: W2 Issue
We had an employee come in last week and tell her last name on her W2 was incorrect and requested a new W2. We updated the last name in core application people screen . Well when I go out and pull up her W2 it already has her new last name on it, which it should not because no process have been run to update the information. When I pull her the federal file that was sent to the SSA it still has her old last name , which it should. My issue here is that when we updated the
