Advance pricing purchase orders

Hello,

I´m trying to add a new line in purchase orders and I would like to associate one item to other one. I read free goods, but I´m not sure If I can setup to recover price from P4105 instead of add on free goods table. Is it possible to add a line in purchase orders with the P4105 unit cost?
