Blanket Purchase agreement is created on 23-Sep-2010 - Rate Date, Rate on the BPA(Blanket Purchase Order) refers to the Currency conversion rate(Spot rate) defined on that date.

  On creating a Release on the Blanket purchase agreement, the Rate Date, Rate refers to the date and rate on the BPA(Blanket Purchase Order) and does not take the current/sysdate. Business would want the Release’s Rate Date, Rate to be the Release’s creation date and Spot rate on that date respectively.

Please suggest me is there any API to update rate date and rate columns in po base tables...?
