2016 ACA Form xml Missing TINRequestType for Covered Individuals

Hi All,

We are on 9.1 and have submitted our files, they have a status of Accepted with Errors.  We used the processing option to use covered individual DOB where possible.  For every employee reported under covered individuals the form xml accurately uses the SSN rather than DOB, however there is a tag missing.  Every single one returns an error:

If Form 1095C 'SSN' in 'CoveredIndividualGrp' has a value, then the corresponding 'TINRequestTypeCd' must have a value

Under the employee info group, there is a tag for TINRequestTypeCd:
