PBCO error even after Dynamic JDE Table Cache has been implemented

Hi,

JDE Table Cache has been implemented in JDE 9.2 version. Now the user is making change in the period using P0010, there is a warning on the P0010 applictioan, which means that dynamic JDE Table cache is working. User closes the application P0010 and tries to void the a batch (using P0411B) but still getting the PBCO error.  However, when he tries to post the batch in the period re-opened it does not give any error.

All the setups are required by the "27 Understanding Dynamic JDB Table Cache Refresh (Release 9.1 Update 2)" have been done by the technical team, is there some other setup required on the application side or dynamic cache clear works only for batch posting?

Howdy, Stranger!
