Having trouble with Member Search extension in Smart View

Using Smart View 11.1.2.5.620 and Member Search extension 1.1.2.0:

When searching for a member using the member search [Searching for CASH] getting the following error:

Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application.  If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

Inpurt string was not in a correct format.
