E1 - BI Publisher MSWord printing only one record

Hello Community Experts,

I just built an RD template and attached to an E1 UBE, everything looks fine,  package build and deployments are good but when I ran the report it only picked up one line.  I double checked via SQL that there are at least 6 records to pickup. Please advise what I missed or forgot to set.  Thanks
