Want to receive Different part no against RMA in a customized oracle form.

Want to receive Different part no against RMA.  Return no is created in seibal and interfaced with oracle. Inventory, order management and Purchasing is maintained in oracle. There is a oracle customized receiving form to receiving return items. The issue is 30% of times those items are different whatever described in return order. But requirement is need to receive those items. want to correct that wrong item no on customized form.
