Dependent LOV in Web ADI

Has Oracle come up with a solution on how to implement dependent LOV in Web ADI? e.g. an LOV for Project is created, would like to create a dependent LOV for the Task based on the selected value of the project. It will be good if this can be accomplished through the front end without the backend JAVA code interface.
