Microsoft Outlook Interrogation with Oracle

Dear,

Normally we  have an Email group in Microsoft outlook to circulate any notification to specific group. Now in oracle we have also distribution list where we define each group of people by mentioning their email address but we want to Integrate with Oracle database  so when every any employee include or exclude in Outlook so interface also update the same in the Oracle alert(Distribution List).

Please advise.
