Price adjustment not created for Negative Sales Order line, If there is no Volumes for the Offer in

Hello Community Members,

We have ChrM (Trade management) and Advance Pricing modules along with Order Management in our Organization.

We are facing an issue when there are no volumes for an Volume offer in OZF_VOLUME_SUMMARY/ DETAILS tables ( It happens when a brand new volume offer is applied and Fund Accrual Engine  (FAE) is not yet run) and an negative Order line is priced first, which falls in negative tier of Volume offer and since we don't have negative tiers defined, no entries gets created in OE_PRICE_ADJUSTMENT table.

Even after enough investigation, I am  not getting any clue how to solve this.
