RAC system fail

Hello

I Have 2 nodes RAC I receive morning tns no listener. I restart rac1 server database not started.I was trying to install dataguard to this system. I see an error starting database

ORA-01105: mount is incompatible with mounts by other instances

ORA-01677: standby file name convert parameters differ from other instance

. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/u01/app/grid/diag/crs/yalovadb0/crs/trace/crsd_oraagent_oracle.trc".

some forum said me that delete that parameter and start database. after do that I see following error.

[oracle@yalovadb0 tmp]$ srvctl start database -d dbukbs -o open

PRCR-1004 : Resource ora.dbukbs.db is already running
