Address Book Hover does not show attached Picture

Dear sirs

I am working on JDE 9.1.5

I ve attached a Logo picture to a vendor address book record, and when pressing the hover form , the logo picture is not displayed

while in the item Master when I attached a picture , it shows in the hover form

So I need to know how to make the logo picture can be displayed in the address book
