Unable to Create & Select the Template Generated

Hi

I am trying to create a new template but facing below challenge,

1. Navigated to 'Financial Report Template Editor' Page

2. Report Name: Selected the FSG Report for which want to have a new template & also selected the Editor as Excel Template Editor

3. Click on 'Create'

4. Message says..Document is being created

5. Message says..Document Created

6. At this stage nothing happens and unable to see the template that got generated.

7. When I navigated to Financial report submission page, unable to see if any template got created as mentioned in Step 5.

Please advise.
