Custom NER failing during package build in one environment while working in another

Hi Team,

We have 2 custom NERs. We built and deployed package for the same in DV and PY which completed successfully.

After this we promoted the NERs and related objects to PD. However while building package for these objects in PD the build for NERs are failing. PFA the error logs.

Can you please suggest on resolution.
