Multiple Order Quantities in SO entry

How can we indicate in SO Entry that a certain UoM conversion wasn't reached?

For example, our master pack quantity is 12. If 11 is entered on a Sales Order line, it should give a warning that the correct quantity wasn't reached or some kind of conversion error

Anything standard? Or customization only?
