upgrading from 15.8 to 16.10: Schema Information

Client is upgrading from 15.8 to 16.10. I have found the document for the Schema changes to 16.0.

Are there any changes to the individual patchsets between 15.8 and 16.0, that I need to include for the dev team?

Are there any changes between 16.0 and 16.10? Where can I find this information?
