Can you set up the Attachment Function on a Query Procedure Block

I created a form with a header block and details block.  The details block is a query procedure block.  Now I want to turn on the attachment function on the details block but it doesn't work.  I was wondering if it's because it's a query procedure block or if I'm doing something incorrectly in the setup.  Thanks for your help.
