AI configuration error

Greetings

in configuring AI, I added in two different networks to allow service.  One network is:  10.121.110.0/24 and the other is:  10.43.110.0/24

using the installadm command as follows:  installadm set-server -l 10.121.110.0/24,10.43.110.0/24

the message returned from that command is:  WARNING: Invalid address '10.43.110.0/24' will be set but it is not a valid network

where is my problem??

(the AI server is in fact in the 10.121.110.0 network - but has access to the 10.43.110.0 network)

so.....what am I doing incorrectly??
