Manual Charge On The Quote header Not Working for R12.2.5.

Modifier-Freight and Special charge List

Active and Automatic - both are enabled.Override check box checked. Pricing phase is Header Level Adjustment.Based on formula-Formula is using order amount volume.Application method is Lumpsum.

Navigation: Quoting > Quote Lines > Actions > Adjust Charges (Header). Modifier working correctly and populating freight charges based on formula.Price Quote- Freight charges show on header (at this point all is working correctly).Perform Adjust Charges (to increase freight) and Increasing Value from 432.67 to 500, then Click Apply.New freight charges did not applied.Still at original value
