Hi ,

Getting below error can anyone please help...

API Programming Error   (CS_ServiceRequest_PUB.Update_ServiceRequest): An error occurred when  validating the descriptive flexfield. Additional information:Program error. Please inform your support  representative that the descriptive flexfield CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B_EXT  in the application CS could not be found.
