FRM-30454: Unsupported item type. Item: CHART_ITEM Oracle 12 Forms

Trying to migrate forms from 10g to 12c, Chart item type and Graph item item are showing obsolete in 12c forms builder. Can anyone provide a workaround to make charts and graphs work in 12c
