On-premise Hyperion to cloud?

I'm researching the pro's/con's of moving to the cloud from our on-premise EPM application (11.1.2.2). Where can I find information which would help us make this decision? My users are concerned they will lose some of the current functionality when going to cloud EPM services, and I've not been able to find anything that compares functionality from the on-premise version to the cloud version. Is there any comparison information?  Also, can anyone tell me how this move would impact our ODI processes? Thanks!
