Copy Suppliers Tab contents to new Revision

Does anyone know which Smart Rule or Preference setting controls whether the contents of the Suppliers tab in the Part Class gets copied to new revisions? I see the Smart Rule Setting for the Copy Files and Relationships to Rev. We have noticed that the supplier tab in newly create revisions for parts drops the supplier information and we would like it to be retained.
