Advanced Pricing - Is there a way of removing transport costs from order, once a certain threshold i

I wonder if you can advise on the following, please?

We want to set up Advanced Pricing such that if customers order a certain amount, they don't have to pay any transportation costs.

So they don't get any free products, as such, but they don't have to pay the transportation charges.

e.g. If a customer orders € 500 or more worth of products, then transport costs are waived.

If they order less than goods totalling € 500, then they'd have to pay € 45, for transportation.

I've been looking at minimum order quantities, but this seems to be applied line by line.

I'm sure there must be some way around this, that can be applied to whole order value (lots of companies offer free postage if a minimum order value is reached), but I cannot seem to find anything describing how best to set this up.
