Cost Level 3

Hi,

The business wants us to implement cost level 3 but they want to maintain Standard Cost.Some of the documents I have seen which says with cost level 3 the standard cost 07 cannot be used.

Not sure what it means?? because I tested this with below steps and it is working fine.Can any one please explain what it means by below screen shot ".Also please refer doc Doc ID 643052.1

1)Created one item with cost level 3

2)Used the cost method as 07

3)Populated the standard cost

4)Created the SO and it showed the standard cost specific to Lot/Location.
