How to export configuration to a new environment

Good day.

Im using Webcenter Content 12c 12.2.1

I have a configuration in one environment (Dev) that i want to migrate to a new environment (production), how can i do this without having to create all configuration manually ?

The configuration that im talking about is:

- New metadata fields

- Profiles with rules

- Security groups and roles
