Has anyone setup a plan for pretax commuter's benefit in OAB?

We have to setup a plan to handle pretax commuter's benefit in OAB for few cities that support this law (NY for example). Employee can enroll or drop out on monthly basis. Does anyone have setup some plan like this? Appreciate any information.
