PURCHASE ORDER APPROVAL EMAIL WITH Remarks.

Hi  , As the user is creating an PO, it goes for Approval (P43081) and it goes as notification in email to approve the order. But the user wants to provide some remark or information in email also, how is it possible any idea.

Issue is - User wants to send some information through email once the order goes for approval.
