What are the options - BI Publisher Desktop for EBS 12.2 - 64Bit (Windows 8.1, Word 2013)

Based on the document Overview of Available Patches for Oracle XML Publisher embedded in the Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 1138602.1)
For EBS 12.2.x use the 10.1.3.4.2 desktop for RTF.

You can use the Template Viewer to test Excel layouts, but they have to be written manually.

We can use the BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.4.2 for EBS 12.2.
However based on BI Publisher certification Information, 10.1.3.4.2, is not supported by Microsoft Word 2013.

Would like to hear from the group members, on what options are being used for BI Publisher development (For RTF, and Template viewer)?
** Agree the RTF template could be created manually without BI publisher desktop.
