Can we have a global FA Responsibility to access all(available) Corporate books ?

Hi Gurus,

we have a requirement that we have 10 corporate books each one is associated with each operating unit/responsibility,  Business wants to have a single responsibility to access all CORP books by a single responsibility, please let me know the process notes and steps to design the same.
