Deactivated tax rate code through Tax lookup codes form but still its appearing as active through Ta

Hi Support

I had deactivated tax rate code through Tax lookup codes ( NAVIGATION > EBTax > Advanced Setup Options > Tax Lookup Codes > Search with Code : ZX_OUTPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS ) ) form but still its appearing as active through Tax Rates form( NAVIGATION > EBTax > Tax configuration > Tax Rates )

Why the tax rate code not getting deactivated through tax rates form once`s  its deactivated from Tax Lookup codes form ?

Kindly support.
