Opatch on agent failed after deploying a newer plugin on this agent

Hi,

for a customer I'm currently installing a em cloud control 13.2.

All works fine, but this issue was very tricky to resolve:

In this environment there is no internet connect for applying plugin patches online. So I've to patch all offline as described in Doc ID 1931891.1.

Now the problem:

After deploying actual database plugin oracle.sysman.db version 13.2.2.0.0 on mangement server, I deployed it on agent to via em=>selfupdate=>deploy on agent too.

Then I wanted to apply via "opatch" the actual agent patch p25105555 "EM-AGENT Bundle Patch 13.2.0.0.161231". I had to do it offline as described in there readme.txt.
