Recurring prepayment in Oracle Property manager

Hi All,

We have a requirement which according to me is a common  / generic requirement. Here is the Scenario:

Lease Start Date: 01 Apr 2017

Lease end Date: 31 Mar 2019

Duration: 24 Months

Invoicing Year 1: 30000 (Quarterly in Advance)

Invoicing Year 2 (10% increase): 33000 (Quarterly in Advance)

We expect the Accounting as shown in the attached excel. Around 8000 leases are maintained by Business in Excel due to this Scenario.

Has anyone come across such Scenario and what Solution was proposed.
