Oracle Grid Control 13C & Oracle CIS 12c Compliance

We have 100+ Oracle DB servers connected to Oracle Grid Control 13C (CC).

SOC guys would like to start applying the "Oracle CIS 12c Benchmark" standards.

I (DBA Oracle) have some ways to accomplish this, I am searching for "Best Practice" one.

- Build in CC security compliance (How and where to download/upload(to CC) the "CIS 12c Benchmark" content?)

- Manual scripting and execution via Puppet / CC(jobs/tasks mechanism)

- 3rd party software(?)

any suggestions will be much appreciated.
