How to set null value for a a Picklist (Read-Only) field

Hello,

I need help in this case:

how to set null value for a field (AcountName) which is a Picklist (Read-Only) when Is specified other value for example for activity TYPE=Office?

I can't use Conditionally Required for a Picklist (Read-Only) field as well.

I want case when user choose "Office" he can't choose value (AcountName) from the picklist, or he choose value (AcountName) from the picklist and workflow update this field as a null.
