FDMEE 11.1.2.4.210 adding period in import format

Hi,
I get ERROR_INVALID_PERIOD when I run data load rule that has period and years mapped in import format.
My data file is as follows:
My import format file type is 'Delimited - numeric data'.
I have mapped the import format to my location:
Created period mappings:
My Dataload rule has import format and period mappings as needed.
error in log file looks like below:
Log shows that fields are correctly mapped though
