We are in people soft v 9.1 and have configured new project status in project costing for example GM-EXPIRED or GM-FROZEN based on analysis types transaction we would like to accept or reject transactions. We are wondering if there is a systematic process available or can be configured to change the project status depending on project end date. We require this as our volume is large to set them up manually.
Is there an existing process or something that can be configured to assign below status automatically to projects based on the below logic on project end date :
GM-FROZEN: Project End Date +1
