Query to find open commitments, unpaid invoices on Award

We have Grants Accounting with release 12.2.4 -

Could anyone please provide MOS notes on how award and project are tied? If anyone could provide query to look up open commitments, unpaid invoices that would be be helpful.

I see that project (H00003) has award (T02044). Project status is close to 97% I have looked at POs attached to it they all are closed and no active encumbrance on the PO. Hoping there is none on RQ tied to the PO but commitment amount filed on Award Status shows <40,000> on summary screen.

In Gms_Balances, when I look by proj_id I see that its tied to 8 awards.
