we are setting wls java

current:

-Xms2800m -Xmx2800m -Xmn1200m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -DcloneId=Clu_V1

what is meanning of each word

and can change with this setting?

-Xms2800m -Xmx2800m
