CC-ing and BCC-ing in Comm Gen

Hiya all!

So a few years back, someone posed the question about CC-ing or BCC-ing in Comm Gen. Since the App Class SCC_COMMGEN.Util.CommGenEmail contains a BCC and CC parameters; has anyone seen a delivered configuration to leverage this bit of code?
