Process to do the WO completion for partials orders

Hi,

What is the best way (without variance) to close the WO if we only able to complete in partials ?

I have the scenario where

WO Partial status - 89

WO completion status - 95

WO Manufacturing Accounting Journal Entries - 96

WO closure status (R31804) - 99

Now if i have an order of 100 FG and i can only complete the 50 FG then my WO status will be updated as 89.

In this case i only be able to complete the partials then how can i close the WO without having any variance ?
